Warranty Shipping Rules.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning products to FebSmart for warranty service. FebSmart will cover the return shipping fee when sending the repaired product back to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply to damages or failures caused by the following situations:
  • Product usage beyond normal and customary purposes.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or alteration of the product.
  • Product damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental impact.
  • Improper testing, operation, installation or daily maintenance.
