Why this card can’t connect to 5G signal on my PC?

Solution: Open Wireless Router or Wireless AP DFS Function or in Channel Option: set it as AUTO (DFS).

Then PCs will connect to 5G signal.

 Note: If you know few about internet, you can contact your router manufacture let them help you open DFS. If you want to try please read steps as below.

Step1. Just connect to 2.4G network first, then open web browser input your router’s Short Domain Name, most of them are 192.168.XX.XX (Generally speaking ,you can find it with default account User Name, password and this Domain in back of APs or Routers).Then you will in APs or Router’s setting page.

Step2.  Select Advanced Setting, Basic Setting, 5G setting, AC setting etc (different brand AP or Router have different name). Then you will find “Channel” option, select AUTO (DFS). If router does not have this option please select 48, 108,153 channels try this three. At least one channel will support your PCs.
